Connect WooCommerce

Wren needs read-only access to your WooCommerce data. We never write to your store — we just pull orders, products, customers, and refunds to analyze them.

What you’ll need

• A WordPress admin account on your WooCommerce store
• About 2 minutes

Step 1: Generate API keys

1. Log into your WordPress admin
2. Navigate to WooCommerce › Settings › Advanced › REST API
3. Click Add key
4. Description: “Wren” (so you remember later)
5. User: your admin user
6. Permissions: Read (important — not Read/Write)
7. Click Generate API key

Step 2: Copy your credentials

WooCommerce will show you a Consumer Key and Consumer Secret. Copy both now — the secret is only shown once. If you lose it, you’ll need to regenerate.

Step 3: Add to Wren

1. In Wren, go to Settings › Store Connections
2. Paste your Store URL (e.g. https://yourstore.com)
3. Paste your Consumer Key
4. Paste your Consumer Secret
5. Click Save Connections

Wren will sync the last 90 days of orders on the first run, then only new/changed orders nightly after that.
